I created this page especially for NEW Bashers who may not know what Media B and Event Photographics contribute to the Bash—or what happens to the thousands of photographs taken along the way.

I’ve been part of the Queensland Variety Bash since 2006, working as an official photographer capturing the cars, costumes, characters, communities, laughter and wonderfully unpredictable moments that make every Bash such an unforgettable adventure. But taking the photographs is only the beginning.

Every purchase supports Variety.

All of my Bash photographs are provided to Variety to use wherever they are needed. Once the Bash is over, I spend the next few months sorting and editing thousands of images, uploading them to a Gallery where you can view and purchase them, and designing the personalised merchandise and preparing every order placed, free of charge.

It's a huge job—but I see it as the reverse version of the months of preparation, hard work, time and money that Bashers spend getting their cars ready for the road, not to mention all the hard work fundraising as well!

After production and mailing costs are covered, every dollar of remaining profit is donated directly back to Variety, helping to support the incredible work it does for Queensland children and families.

So, when you purchase your own piece of personalised Bash history, you're not only taking home a lasting reminder of an extraordinary adventure—you are also helping Variety continue to make a real difference.

How It Works

You can either place an earlybird order online closer to the event, or you can order in person at the Registration/ Scrutineering Day on the 2nd August in Roma. You can also place an order during the event, but be warned, if you leave it too late, I may not have enough quality shots from Day 1 onwards of your car and team, as I focus on the cars that have already placed orders.
